Salmon frittata ingredients
- 15 oz Alaska salmon
- Non-stick vegetable coating
- 12 Eggs, beaten
- 1 pt Nonfat cottage cheese
- 2 c Shredded Swiss cheese
- 10 oz Frozen chopped spinach
- - thawed and drained
- 1 t Dried basil
- 1⁄8 t Cayenne pepper
Cooking Salmon frittata
1. Drain and flake salmon.
2. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable coating.
