Sagh ingredients

  • 2 lb Spinach (raw)
  • 1 t butter
  • 2 t water
  • 1 t Ginger, ground
  • 1 pn Sugar
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Sagh

1. Chopi spinach (a food processor comes in handy) and mix well with other ingredients.
2. Cook over high heat for 2 minutes.
3. Cover and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat, stirring fairly often.
4. Salti to taste.
