Rutabaga teriyaki ingredients

  • 4 c Young rutabagas, peeled and
  • Thinly sliced
  • 1 c Carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1⁄2 c Vinegar
  • 1 T Honey
  • 1 t Fresh Ginger Root, Grated

Cooking Rutabaga teriyaki

1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar and honey.
2. Add vegetables; stir well.
3. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
4. Just before serving, add ginger.
