Rutabaga teriyaki

Rutabaga teriyaki ingredients
- 4 c Young rutabagas, peeled and
- Thinly sliced
- 1 c Carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1⁄2 c Vinegar
- 1 T Honey
- 1 t Fresh Ginger Root, Grated
Cooking Rutabaga teriyaki
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar and honey.
2. Add vegetables; stir well.
3. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
4. Just before serving, add ginger.
