Russian style barbecued chicken ingredients

  • 1 fryer
  • 1⁄2 pk Onion soup mix
  • 1⁄2 c water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Jar apricot preserves (8oz.)
  • 1⁄2 Bottle Russian dressing

Cooking Russian style barbecued chicken

1. Cut fryer into quarters.
2. Spread in corning ware dish.
3. Salti and pepper to taste.
4. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.
5. Dabi the apricot preserves over the chicken by spoonsful.
6. Cover with russian dressing and pour water over top. Cover and bake for 2 hrs. At 300°F.
