Royal Carrot Soup

Royal Carrot Soup ingredients
- 3 c chicken broth
- 2 c Grapefruit juice
- 8 Carrots
- 1 Onions
- 3⁄4 t Ground cumin
- 1⁄2 t Ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1 c Sour cream
Cooking Royal Carrot Soup
1. In large saucepan, combine broth, grapefruit juice, carrots, onion, cumin, cinnamon and salt.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Reducei heat.
4. Simmeri 25 minutes or until carrots are tender.
5. Pureei vegetables and cooking liquid in a blender or food processor.
6. Return to saucepan; heat.
7. Serve with sour cream or yogurt.
