Rose hip jelly

- Yield:
Rose hip jelly ingredients
- 1 lb Rose hips
- 1 c water
- Sugar
Cooking Rose hip jelly
1. Wash hips.
2. Add water and boil until fruit is soft.
3. Put through a fine sieve to remove seeds.
4. Measure and heat liquid; when simmering add an equal amount of sugar and boil quickly to jelly stage.
5. Pour into hot sterilized glasses and seal when cool.
