Rosbif juteaux ingredients
- 1 6 lb. brisket, trimmed
- 1 pk Kosher onion soup mix ¾oz.
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 c water
- 1 t Salt
- Garlic salt too taste
Cooking Rosbif juteaux
1. Place brisket fat side up in lge. Baking or roasting pan. Bakei for 10 min. at 400°F.
2. ; then reduce heat to 350°F.
3. Sprinkle meat with soup mix, garlic and seasonings and bake 15 min. add water, cover pan, and reduce temp.
4. To 325°F.
5. Bake 2 to 2 ½ hrs. Or until meat can be pierced easily with a fork.
6. Thicken drippings with a little flour and serve with brisket.
