Rolls from sourdough starter ingredients

  • 2 c All-purpose flour
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Baking soda
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 1 c Sourdough starter
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Vegatable oil

Cooking Rolls from sourdough starter

1. Combine dry ingredients, mixing well.
2. Stiri in sourdough starter and oil. Turn dough out on a floured surface.
3. Kneadi until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes.
4. Shape dough into 2-inch balls.
5. Place in greased pan. Let rise, covered, for 30-40 minuts.
6. Bakei at 425 °F for 15-17 minutes.
