Roasted red pepper cream (jurassic) ingredients
- 7 oz Roasted red peppers --
- Drained
- 1 T olive oil
- c Chopped onion
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t garlic, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Tomato paste
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Balsamic vinegar
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 T Sour cream
Cooking Roasted red pepper cream (jurassic)
1. Chopi peppers and place in blender.
2. Heat the oil in a small skillet over low heat.
3. Add onion and garlic to skillet and saute until onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
4. Scrape contents of skillet into blender.
5. Add tomato paste, vinegar, cayenne pepper and sugar.
6. Blend until a smooth puree.
7. Add sour cream and blend until combined.
8. Seasoni puree to taste with salt and pepper.
9. Makes ¾ cup (12 tablespoons).
