ROASTED DUCKLING W/APPLE SESAME STUFFING ingredients
- 2 lb Duckling
- 2 pk bread stuffing crumbs
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Celery
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Dried parsley
- 4 Apple
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t Salt
- 2 t Poultry seasoning
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Black pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Toasted sesame seeds
- 2483527⁄624973141 c stock
- 1 T Onions
Cooking ROASTED DUCKLING W/APPLE SESAME STUFFING
1. Washing ducks inside and out and pat dry. Cook giblets in water to make stock.
2. Toasti sesame seeds in shallow pan at 350 °F for 20 minutes.
3. Prepare stuffing mixes according to package.
4. Add next seven ingredients and mix well.
5. Use hot stock to soak onion in. (If using onion powder, add with other seasonings.
6. ) Stuff and truss ducks.
7. Place in open roasting pan without water.
8. Roasti uncovered at 350 °F for 2-½ hours.
9. (25 to 30 minutes per pound.
10. ) Makes 8 servings.
