Roast Veal with Sauteed Corn Kernels ingredients
- 8 lb veal loin (for roasting)
- 2 t Cooking oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 large canned corn kernels
- 2 T butter
- 1 t Dried chili peppers
Cooking Roast Veal with Sauteed Corn Kernels
1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Seasoni veal with salt and pepper, then pan fry over high heat with oil just to sear - about 2-3 minutes.
2. Transfer to a roasting pan, then roast in the oven for about 40 - 60 minutes, until cooked.
3. Panfry corn kernels and dried chili peppers in butter.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Arrange roast veal on the center of a serving dish, then surround with sauteed corn kernels.
