Roast Pork with Horseradish ingredients
- 2 lb pork fillet for roasting
- FOR MARINADE:
- 1 T mustard
- 1 T Freshly grated horseradish
- 2 t Lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- ground black pepper and paprika for seas.

- 2 T Cooking oil
Cooking Roast Pork with Horseradish
1. For the marinade, mix together the mustard, horseradish, lemon juice, garlic, paprika and pepper, beer and cooking oil. Coat the pork with the mixture - allow to marinate in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
2. To cook: Preheat oven to 375 F. Remove pork from the marinade, then season with salt and pepper.
3. Transfer to a baking dish, then roast in the oven for about 60 - 90 minutes, basting regularly with the marinade.
4. When cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
5. Serve with baked potatoes and salad.
