Roast meat loaf ingredients

  • 50 g Butter, cooking
  • 100 g Onions
  • 10 g garlic
  • 200 g Bread, toast
  • 1 1⁄4 kg Pork, neck w/o bones
  • 20 g parsley, fresh
  • 1 Eggs, large (class A)
  • 1 seasoning (salt+pepper)
  • 1 g Paprika
  • 5 g thyme, fresh
  • 4 b Eggs, large (class A)
  • 1⁄2 dl oil, peanut

Cooking Roast meat loaf

1. SOAK BREAD IN WATER BOIL 4 EGGS FOR 10 MINUTES, COOL DOWN AND PEEL THEM SAUTE CHOPPED GARLIC AND ONIONS IN BUTTER MINCE PORK AND ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS ADD REMAINING EGG AND SEASONINGS FORM INTO A MEAT LOAF WITH HARD BOILED EGGS IN CENTER ROAST IN OVEN AT 160
