Ripe Banana Bread ingredients

- 8 T butter -- At Room Temperature
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 c All-purpose flour
- 1 t Baking soda
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 1 c Whole-wheat flour
- 3 large Bananas -- ripe, mashed
- 1 t vanilla
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Walnuts -- coarsely chopped
Cooking Ripe Banana Bread
1. 1. Preheat oven to 350F, grease 9x5x3 bread pan. 2. Creami butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. 3. Sifti all purpose flour, baking soda and salt together, stir in whole wheat flour and add to creamed mixture, mixing well.
4. 4. Foldi in bananas, vanilla and walnuts.
5. 5. Pour mixture into pan, bake 50 to 60 mintes or till cake tester comes out clean- cool in pan 10 minutes, then on rack.
6. Makes one loaf.
