Rigatoni with Broccoli ingredients

  • 2 T Mazola Corn Oil
  • 1 lb Skinless boneless chicken br
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 cn chicken broth
  • 1 T Argo or Kingsford's cornstar
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Dried thyme
  • 10 oz Frozen chopped broccoli
  • 16 oz Mueller's rigatoni

Cooking Rigatoni with Broccoli

1. In large skillet heat corn oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add chicken, garlic and crushed red pepper; saute 4 minutes until chicken is lightly browned.
3. In small bowl stir broth, cornstarch, salt and thyme; add to skillet.
4. Stiri in broccoli.
5. Bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute.
6. Reducei heat to low; cook 4 minutes longer or until heated through.
7. Tossi with rigatoni.
