RICHARD FOXTON'S VEGETARIAN MEATLOAF ingredients
- 1 c Lentils
- 1⁄4 c Wheat germ
- 1 c Bread crumbs
- 1⁄2 c Brown Rice
- 1 Onions
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cloves
- 1 t thyme
- 1 T soy sauce
- 4 T Tomato sauce
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 T Tabasco sauce
Cooking RICHARD FOXTON'S VEGETARIAN MEATLOAF
1. Cover lentils with water and cook on a low boil for 1-½ hours or until tender.
2. Mash lentils coarsely and combine with remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into well greased loaf pan and bake, covered, at 350°F for 45 minutes.
4. Remove cover and continue to cook for 15 minutes or until loaf is firm to the touch.
5. Serve with your favourite sauce.
