Rich Chocolate Brownies ingredients
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2483527⁄624973141 t vanilla extract
- 2483527⁄624973141 c butter or margarine, melted
- 2483527⁄624973141 c All-purpose flour
- c Baking Cocoa
- 2483527⁄624973141 t baking powder
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- Frosting
- 3 T butter or margarine, melted
- 3 T Baking Cocoa
- 2 T Warm water
- 1 t instant coffee
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Confectioners' sugar
Cooking Rich Chocolate Brownies
1. In a mixing bowl, beat sugar, eggs and vanilla.
2. Add butter; mix well.
3. Combine dry ingredients; add to batter and mix well.
4. Pour into a greased 8 square baking pan. Bakei at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until brownies test done with a wooden pick.
5. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
6. For frosting, combine butter, cocoa, water and coffee, mix well.
7. Gradually stir in sugar until smooth, adding additional warm water if necessary to achieve a spreading consistency.
8. Frosti the brownies.
