Rice Flour Muffins ingredients
- 2 c Sifted rice flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1⁄2 t Baking soda
- 2 T Sugar
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1⁄4 c water
- 1⁄4 c butter or margarine, melted
Cooking Rice Flour Muffins
1. Mixi and sift dry ingredients.
2. Combine eggs, milk, water, and butter and stir into dry ingredients.
3. Fill greased muffin tins three-fourths full and bake at 425 oF for 20 minutes.
