Rice Flour Brownies

Rice Flour Brownies ingredients
- 2 sq unsweetened chocolate (2 oz)
- 1⁄3 c -Shortening
- 2⁄3 c Sifted rice flour
- 1⁄2 t baking powder
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 t vanilla extract
Cooking Rice Flour Brownies
1. Melt chocolate and shortening together over hot water; cool.
2. Sifti flour with baking powder and salt twice.
3. Beat eggs until light.
4. Add sugar, vanilla, then chocolate mixture, and blend.
5. Add flour and mix well.
6. Pour batter into a greased 8- × 8- × 2-inch pan. Bakei at 350 oF for 30-35 minutes (325 oF if using glass baking dish).
7. Do not overcook.
8. Cool slightly.
9. Cut into squares.
