Rice and noodle casserole ingredients

  • 1⁄2 lb butter Or margarine
  • 1⁄2 lb Uncooked fine noodles (very)
  • 2 c Uncooked instant rice
  • 1 cn Onion soup
  • 1 cn chicken broth
  • 1 t soy sauce
  • 1 c water
  • 8 oz Canned sliced water chestnut
  • Drained

Cooking Rice and noodle casserole

1. In large kettle, melt butter.
2. Add noodles.
3. Cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
4. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
5. Pour mixture into 3 quart casserole.
6. Bakei in preheated 350f oven 45 minutes.
7. Beaveri bite.
