- 2 T parsley, chopped
- 2 T Green onions; chopped
- 1⁄4 t Hot pepper sauce
- 1⁄4 lb Cooked shrimp, chop fine
- 1⁄3 c Milk
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 2 T flour
- 2 Eggs
- Bread crumbs
- Oil, deep frying

1. Melt butter; stir in parsley and green onions.
2. Blend in flour.
3. Stiri in milk.
