Remoulade salmon ingredients
- 4 6-8 oz. salmon fillets
- Remoulade Sauce
- 2483527⁄624973141 c tarragon vinegar
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Cayenne pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Salad Oil
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped celery
- 1 T Catsup
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Green onions; chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t Paprika
- 1 T Chopped parsley
- 2 T Prepared brown mustard
Cooking Remoulade salmon
1. Steami the fillets in 1-2 cups of water depending on the pan used.
2. For each cup, add 1 tablespoon of salt and stir.
3. Steam the fillets for 9-10 minutes or until they flake easily when tested with a fork.
4. in small bowl combine vinegar, mustard, catsup, paprika, salt, and cayenne.
5. Slowly add salad oil, beating constantly.
6. (may also be done in a blender).
7. Stiri in celery, green onion, and parsley.
8. Allow to stand 3-4 hours to blend flavors.
9. serves 4.
