  • 5 Strawberries
  • 1⁄2 c Mangos
  • 1 c Kiwi -- peeled and chopped
  • 1⁄2 c Cherries
  • 1 t Cardamom
  • 1 t flax seeds ground
  • 1 T Honey
  • 1 c coconut water

Cooking Red-licious Smoothie

Blend until reached a desired consistency.
