- 1⁄2 lb Red onion
- 2 Green, red or yellow peppers
- 1⁄4 lb butter
- 1⁄4 lb Cheese
Cooking Red Potatoes W/peppers, Onions and Cheese
1. Clean and cut potatoes into quarters Cook in boiling water until just done, do not overcook.
