Red meats marinade ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c Peanut oil
  • 1⁄2 c olive oil
  • 1 T White pepper, ground
  • 1 T Black peppercorns crushed
  • 1 t Oregano crushed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1⁄2 c Chianti
  • 1⁄2 c soy sauce
  • 1⁄2 c Cider vinegar
  • 4 T Honey
  • 1 T Chili powder

Cooking Red meats marinade

1. Mixi well.
2. Pour over meat cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours.
3. Use as a basting sauce also.
