Red meats marinade ingredients
- 1⁄2 c Peanut oil
- 1⁄2 c olive oil
- 1 T White pepper, ground
- 1 T Black peppercorns crushed
- 1 t Oregano crushed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 t Salt
- 1⁄2 c Chianti
- 1⁄2 c soy sauce
- 1⁄2 c Cider vinegar
- 4 T Honey
- 1 T Chili powder
Cooking Red meats marinade
1. Mixi well.
2. Pour over meat cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours.
3. Use as a basting sauce also.
