- 4 lb Raspberries
- Sugar
- 2 c Vinegar
Cooking Raspberry Vinegar 3
1. Mash the berries and add the vinegar and let stand for 4 days.
2. To each cup of liquid add one cup of sugar.
3. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
4. Straini and bottle.
