Rancho Frijoles Dip

Rancho Frijoles Dip ingredients
- 1⁄4 c Unsalted butter
- 1 c Onions
- 2 T garlic
- 1 t Hot chili peppers
- 16 oz can kidney beans
- 1 c Jack cheese
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Rancho Frijoles Dip
1. Heat butter in a skillet, over a moderate flame.
2. Add onions, garlic, and chiles.
3. Heat and stir for 5-7 minutes, until tender.
4. Mash beans to a paste, with a fork and add to skillet.
5. Heat and stir for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add grated cheese.
7. Heat and stir to melt cheese.
8. Seasoni to taste with salt and pepper.
9. Transfer to a chafing dish or fondue pot. Serve hot.
