Ram tough chili

Ram tough chili ingredients
- 2 lb Beef chuck, coarsely ground
- 1 T Oil
- 1 cn Tomato sauce (8 oz.)
- 1 med Onion, finely chopped
- 1 t garlic powder or
- 5 Cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1⁄4 c Chili powder
- 1 t Oregano
- 1 1⁄2 t Salt
- 2 t Ground cumin
- 1⁄4 t Tabasco sauce
- 1⁄2 t Cayenne pepper
Cooking Ram tough chili
1. Browni meat in oil in a covered 2 quart pan. Add tomato sauce, onion and garlic powder.
2. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add water if too thick.
4. Serve with side dishes of pinto beans, chopped onions and grated cheddar cheese.
5. Serves 6.
