Rajma

Rajma ingredients
- 2 c Kidney beans
- 1 turmeric, pinch
- 1⁄4 c Oil
- 1 ginger, 1 inch
- 3 Tomatoes
- 3 qt water
- 1 t Salt
- 1 Onions
- 1 t Garam masala
- 1 cilantro, fresh, bunch
Cooking Rajma
1. Wash beans and boil for 2-3 hours or 1/2 hour in pressure cooker.
2. In the meantime make masala of onions, garlic, ginger and tomato as in curry.
3. Add to the beans and cook again till most of the liquid dries up and the beans are soft and thoroughly cooked.
4. Garnishi with coriander leaves and serve.
