Raisin nut bran muffins

Raisin nut bran muffins ingredients
- 2 c Raisin Nut Bran cereal
- 1 c Milk
- 3 T Vegatable oil
- 1 Eggs
- 1 1⁄4 c All-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 c Packed brown sugar
- 3 t baking powder
- 1⁄2 t Ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 t Salt
Cooking Raisin nut bran muffins
1. Heat oven to 400°F.
2. Line 12 medium muffin cups, 2-½ x 1-¼ inches, with paper baking cups.
3. Mixi cereal and milk in large bowl.
4. Let stand until cereal is softened, about 5 minutes.
5. Beat in oil and egg. Mix in remaining ingredients just until moistened.
6. Divide batter evenly among cups.
7. Bakei until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 18 to 23 minutes.
8. Makes 12 muffins.
9. High altitude directions (3500 to 6500°Feet): heat oven to 425°F.
