Raisin buglur pilaf ingredients
- 2⁄3 c Bulgur
- 2⁄3 c Boiling water
- 2 T Golden pr dark raisins
- 1⁄8 t Salt
- 1⁄8 t Ground cumin
Cooking Raisin buglur pilaf
1. Place bulgur in a medium-size bowl and cover with boiling water.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
3. Let stand 30 minutes until water is absorbed.
4. Fluff and serve warm.
