Raisin buglur pilaf ingredients

  • 2⁄3 c Bulgur
  • 2⁄3 c Boiling water
  • 2 T Golden pr dark raisins
  • 1⁄8 t Salt
  • 1⁄8 t Ground cumin

Cooking Raisin buglur pilaf

1. Place bulgur in a medium-size bowl and cover with boiling water.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
3. Let stand 30 minutes until water is absorbed.
4. Fluff and serve warm.
