Rainbow Trout with Herb Stuffing ingredients
- 6 Dressed trout
- 1 c Sliced Onions
- 1 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 c parsley, chopped
- 1 c Fresh bread cubes
- 3 T Pimiento, chopped
- c butter or oleo
- 3 t Lemon juice
- 1 small Can mushrooms
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Marjoram
Cooking Rainbow Trout with Herb Stuffing
1. Sprinkled salt over inside and outside of trout.
2. Sautei bread in 1/4 cup butter until brown.
3. Stiri often.
4. Ad onions and mushrooms, Cook until mushrooms are tender.
5. Stir in parsley, lemon juice, marjoram and dash of salt.
6. Mixi and stuff fish with mixture.
7. Place in greased baking dish and bake ate 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
