Rabbit In Cream ingredients

  • 1 large rabbit -- or
  • 2 small rabbits -- cut up
  • 1 Onions, finely chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Leaf thyme
  • 1 4 Oz. Ca sliced mushrooms -- drained
  • 1 c Beef bouillon
  • 1 c Sour cream
  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • 3 T flour
  • Minced parsley

Cooking Rabbit In Cream

1. Marinatei rabbit overnight in refrigerator in salted water.
2. Before cooking, rem ove rabbit pieces; drain and pat dry. Place rabbit, ham, onion, thyme and mush rooms in Crock-Pot.
3. Pour in bouillon, moistening well.
4. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.
5. Before serving, turn to High.
6. Combine sour cream, lemon juice and flour.
7. Remo ve rabbit to a warm platter.
8. Stiri sour cream mixture into Crock-Pot.
9. Cook unt il thickened.
10. Spoon sauce over rabbit and sprinkle with parsley.
