- 1 T Minced Gingerroot
- 1 T Low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 t Honey
- 2 t garlic, minced
- 1 lb Tuna Steaks Cut Into 4 Pieces
Cooking "Grilled" Glazed Tuna Steaks

8. Preheat A 10 Inc h. Browningi Skillet At High For 8 Min. Arrange Tuna On Hot Browning Skillet Wit h Thickest Portions To Theoutside.
9. Microwave Uncovered At High For 2 Min. Turn Steaks Over Bastei With Marinade.
10. Microwave At High For 1 1/2 To 2 Min. Let Stand Covered 2 Min. Serve Immediately With Warm Marinade.
