  • 1 c Chopped parsley

Cooking Quinoa tabooli

1. Mixi first 9 ingredients and place in a salad bowl lined with washed lettuce leaves.
2. Refrigerate for at least two hours to let flavor blend.
3. Fresh mint and black olives make nice garnishes for this dish.
