Quinoa ingredients

  • 1 c quinoa
  • 2 c Liquid

Cooking Quinoa

1. Bring the 2 cups of liquid to a boil.
2. Add 1 cup quinoa and stir once with a fork.
3. Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for about 15 minutes or until grains are translucent and the germ has spiraled out from each grain.
