- 1 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 2 To 3 cloves
- 2 To 3 quince seeds
- Clotted cream (kaymak) *
- Syrup
- 2 c water
- 1 3⁄4 c Sugar
- 1 T Lemon juice
Cooking Quinces in syrup - ayva tatlisi
1. Rinse and peel quinces.
2. Cut into quarters and remove cores.
3. Arrange quarter let cool.
4. Arrange on serving platter.
5. Pour syrup over.
