Quick yeast rolls ingredients
- 2 T Sugar
- 2 T Shortening, melted & cooled
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t Salt
- 1 T yeast
- 1 c Lukewarm water
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c sifted bread flour
Cooking Quick yeast rolls
1. Add the sugar, shortening, salt and yeast to the lukewarm water before adding 1 cup of the flour and beating it with a rotary beater until smooth.
2. Then mix in the remaining flour.
3. Place the dough on a slightly floured surface and let it rest for 5 minutes, knead the dough until it is smooth, then place it in a greased bowl, cover it and allow it to rise for about 1 hour.
4. Punch dough down and shape the dough into buns.
5. Bakei them in a hot oven for 12-15 minutes.
6. This recipe makes 18 medium-sized rolls.
