Quick sardine pate

Quick sardine pate ingredients
- 4 oz Tinned sardines in
- -tomato sauce drained
- 1⁄2 Lemon rind and juice
- 5 T Very low fat fromage frais
- 2 oz Very low fat cottage
- -cheese sieved
- 1 small Piece of cucumber finely
- -chopped
- Pn Garlic salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Cucumber twists and parsley
- -to garnish.
Cooking Quick sardine pate
1. Place the sardines in a bowl with the lemon rind and juice.
2. Mash well with a fork until smooth.
3. Beat in the fromage frais, cottage cheese and cucumber.
4. Seasoni to taste with garlic salt and pepper.
5. Turn into four individual dishes or one larger one. Chill well.
6. Garnishi with cucumber twists and parsley before serving.
