Quick Potato Casserole ingredients

  • 1 lb hash brown potatoes, frozen
  • 1⁄2 t Onion powder
  • 1 c Sour cream
  • 1 c Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Parmesan cheese

Cooking Quick Potato Casserole

1. Mixi all ingredients together except parmesan.
2. Put into greased 9x13 casserole dish.
3. Sprinkle parmesan over top, about 1/4 cup or so. Bakei for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
4. This can be doubled easily.
5. Also can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
