Quick Plum Sauce ingredients
- 5 T Plum jam
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Apricot jam
- 3 T Rice wine vinegar
- 2 T garlic Puree
- 1 T Ginger
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Kosher salt
- 1 t Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 t Cornstarch
- 2483527⁄624973141 c water
Cooking Quick Plum Sauce
1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium flame Bring to a boil, reduce flame to low. Heat and stir until thickened Remove from heat, cool.
2. Serve at room temperature.
