Quick Peach Ice Cream ingredients

  • 3 peaches, ripe, peeled, sliced
  • 1⁄2 c Milk
  • 1⁄2 c Heavy Cream
  • 1⁄3 c Superfine sugar
  • 1 t vanilla extract

Cooking Quick Peach Ice Cream

1. Slice peaches and puree, refrigerate.
2. Combine milk and cream with sugar.
3. Whiski 2 minutes, or until sugar dissolves.
4. Stiri in vanilla extract.
5. Add peach puree, stirring well.
6. Chill.
7. Freeze in ice cream freezer featuring pre-chilled cannister.
8. Makes 4 servings.
