Quick Oyster Pickup

Quick Oyster Pickup ingredients
- 12 oz Oysters, fresh or frozen
- 2 c oyster liquor, and water
- 1 cream of leek soup mix, 1 3/4 oz package
- 1 c Milk
- 1 T parsley, fresh, chopped
Cooking Quick Oyster Pickup
1. Thaw frozen oysters.
2. Drain oysters, reserving liquor.
3. Add oyster liquor and water to soup mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
4. Reducei heat, stirring occasionally.
5. Add oysters and heat 3 to 5 minutes longer or until edges of oysters begin to curl.
6. Sprinkle with parsley.
7. Serves 6. Note: Approximately 65 calories per serving.
