Quick noodle pudding

Quick noodle pudding ingredients
- 1⁄2 pk Wide egg noodles (12oz)
- 1 cartn Small curd cottage cheese
- -(8oz)
- 1⁄2 c Sour cream
- 1⁄4 c Brown sugar, packed
- 2 T butter
Cooking Quick noodle pudding
1. Heat the broiler.
2. Butteri a small baking dish, cook noodles in boiling water until tender but still firm.
3. Drain, then return to the pot. Stie in cottage cheese, sour cream, and ¼c brown sugar.
4. Pour into buttered pan. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on top and dot with butter.
5. Place under broiler about 3 inches from the heat and broil 3-4 minutes, until top is crisp and golden brown.
