Quick hummus ingredients

  • 1 c AM Garbanzo flour
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Cold water
  • 4 T Lemon juice
  • 4 T AM Sesame tahini
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Sea salt (optional)
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Garlic powder, OR...
  • 1 large garlic clove, pressed
  • 2 T AM Unrefined olive oil

Cooking Quick hummus

1. In a saucepan stir garbanzo flour into the cold water until smooth.
2. Heat mixture until bubbly, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add lemon juice, tahini, garlic and salt if used.
5. Mixi well; cool.
6. If mixture appears to be too thick, add more water before serving.
7. Pour oil over hummus, or stir into the mixture.
