Quick Hot and Sour Soup with Shrimp ingredients
- 4 c chicken broth
- 1 T Cornstarch
- 1 t Pepper
- 1⁄4 c Rice vinegar
- 2 t soy sauce
- 1 t Sesame oil
- 1⁄4 c Carrots
- 1⁄4 c Scallions
- 1⁄2 lb bay shrimp
Cooking Quick Hot and Sour Soup with Shrimp
1. Heat broth to a boil in a saucepan, over a medium flame combine cornstarch, pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil-mix well.
2. Add to broth, heat, and stir for 1 minute.
3. Add carrots, heat, and stir for 3 minutes.
4. Stiri in scallions and shrimp, heat through.
5. Serve hot.
