Quick Curry ingredients

  • 1⁄4 c butter
  • 3 c shrimp, cooked
  • 2 t Salt
  • 1 c pineapple tid-bits
  • 2 t curry powder
  • 1⁄2 t dill weed
  • 1⁄4 c flour
  • 2 c Milk
  • 1 rice, cooked, hot

Cooking Quick Curry

1. Melt butter in saucepan.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Stiri in flour and seasonings.
4. Add a little milk and stir to blend.
5. Gradually stir in the remaining milk.
6. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
7. Add shrimp (or clams or chicken) and pineapple tid-bits.
8. Heat through.
9. Serve on rice.
10. If desired, serve with condiments such as chopped peanuts, coconut and chutney.
