Quick crab quiche ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1⁄2 c Mayonnaise
  • 1⁄2 c Milk
  • 2 T flour
  • 8 oz Can flaked crab meat, rinsed
  • 1 c Grated Swiss cheese
  • 1⁄2 c Chopped green onion
  • 1 9 inch pie shell

Cooking Quick crab quiche

1. Whiski together eggs, mayonnaise, milk and flour.
2. Stiri in crab, cheese and onions.
3. Pour into pie shell and bake in preheated oven at 375 °F for 45 minutes.
4. Let stand for a few minutes after removing from oven before slicing.
