Quick Chocolate Banana Bundt Cake ingredients

  • 2 Ripe bananas; mashed
  • 1 Cup
  • 1 pk Devil's food cake mix; 18.25-oz
  • =(without pudding)
  • 1 pk vanilla pudd. pie filling ; mix (3-1/2 oz)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 c Sour cream
  • 1⁄4 c Vegatable oil
  • 1⁄2 c Walnuts; chopped

Cooking Quick Chocolate Banana Bundt Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine bananas, cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, and 1/4 cup water.
3. Beat with electgric mixer on low speed until combined.
4. Increase speed to medium and beat 2 minutes.
5. By hand, mix in nuts.
6. Turn batter into well-greased and floured 12-cup bundt or tube pan. Bakei 50-60 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
7. Let cool in pan 10-15 minutes before removing from pan to cool completely.
