Quick apple muffins ingredients

  • 1 Stick butter
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Light-brown sugar
  • 1 t Cinnamon

Cooking Quick apple muffins

1. In a small mixing bowl cream together: split 6 english muffins, toast, then spread each muffin half with 1 tbl of the butter-sugar mixture.
2. Mixi remaining butter-sugar mixture with a 20 oz can drained, sliced pie apples and distribute over muffins.
3. Broili 4 min to heat apples and melt butter mixture.
